It's been a massive couple of months for me. So glad I had a holiday in the middle of it, but even so I feel that I'm still suffering a little "overwhelm" from contact with others. As an empath it is so important to try to incorporate some form of release and clearing into your everyday routine. Walking in nature is my number one go to for this, and my art comes a close second (as long as I'm painting for me and not for others). You might like to try writing/journalling, dancing, singing. Of course laughter is still one of the best medicines around. Learn to know your body and where you are holding energy blockages, learn to recognise what is yours and what belongs to others around you. If it's not yours, hand it over to the universe and to the earth to deal with. If it's yours then listen to your needs, Take care of yourself. You are the most important person to YOU.
Today I need some time to myself to get out in nature - gardening might be the answer. Plenty of sunshine, fresh air and contact with the earth.
