THE ART OF ME
I have always been fascinated by the stories that connect us—to nature, mythology, ancient wisdom, and to ourselves. My artwork is an exploration of those connections, weaving together symbolism, folklore, animals, dragons, goddesses, sacred geometry, and the quiet magic found within the natural world.
As an artist, I have never felt drawn to a single style or medium. Instead, each piece evolves in its own way. I work intuitively with acrylics, watercolour, coloured pencil, pastel and mixed media, allowing the story behind the artwork to guide both the creative process and the techniques I use. Experimentation has always been an important part of my journey, with every painting teaching me something new.
Many of my artworks invite quiet reflection. Some celebrate courage and resilience; others explore transformation, belonging, intuition or wonder. Whether inspired by mythology, nature or the symbolic language that has accompanied humanity for centuries, each piece reflects my ongoing search for meaning and connection.
Looking back, I can see that my creative process has always been deeply intuitive—following patterns, stories and relationships that others might overlook. Understanding my neurodivergent mind has helped me appreciate this way of creating, rather than trying to change it. It has given me the confidence to trust my instincts and embrace the interconnected way I experience both creativity and the world around me.
Alongside my mixed media paintings, you'll also discover my photographic mandalas. Created from my own photographs of flowers, crystals and other natural forms, these intricate designs reveal the extraordinary symmetry and beauty already present in nature. They are a celebration of pattern, balance and the reminder that there is often far more to discover when we take the time to look a little closer.
I invite you to wander through these galleries without expectation. Pause where something resonates. Perhaps a painting will awaken a memory, spark your imagination, or simply offer a moment of stillness.
Thank you for visiting my gallery. I hope you find something here that speaks to your own story and reminds you that beauty, wisdom and connection can be found in both the extraordinary and the everyday.
