This is a beautifully simple introduction to the often intimidating journey of painting a portrait. We are starting with a whimsical face because it is so much more forgiving and doesn't need to be perfect. It's a great introduction to learning to paint faces from your imagination. It is the method I use when I want to create a simple character rather than a realistic portrait.
