Dandelions just for fun

Welcome everyone!  Have you been wondering what to do with all those empty toilet rolls?
Here is a fun way to use them to create some works of art.  Easy for children to follow along too.  You'll need two or more empty toilet rolls, scissors, plastic bottle top or small cardboard roll, 5 cotton buds, some sticky tape,  an old credit/gift/id card and an old toothbrush.  You will also need a 4 different acrylic paints for your background and white or black for your dandelions.  Oh, and a paper or plastic plate as a palette.
